ORDER POLICY
 

We (Northbunker) agree to safely package orders in appropriate vessels and mail them via Canada Post to the customer within a timely fashion.
 

Shipping rates are by weight + fuel surcharges + packaging expenses. Prices are in USD. Coupon codes are entered from the Cart interface prior to checkout.
 

-When an order is paid for, its status will be set to "Processing" and the customer will be notified. At this stage, we will accommodate full or partial refunds and modifications to orders.

-When an order is packed, its status will be manually updated from "Processing" to "Processed" and the customer will be notified. From this point on, we will not refund or modify orders.

-When an order is sent, its status will be manually updated from "Processed" to "sent" and the customer will be notified and given the tracking information, when applicable.

Packages that are lost or damaged at the fault of us, the sender, will be reimbursed or resent to the customer at our expense. Errors on behalf of the customer or postal delivery are not our responsibility but we will do our best to be accommodating and handle these situations on a case by case basis
